Nu-Forge Tool LLC is involved in several disciplines ranging all across the manufacturing spectrum. From basic milling and turning to investment castings, sheet fabrication, wire form and soon water jet capabilities. With over ten years of experience in these areas of manufacturing Nu-Forge can provide you with a one stop solution for all of your manufacturing needs.

It doesn’t stop there, Nu-Forge can also provide secondary services such as heat treat, black oxide, coatings, plating and even assembly. We are currently expanding heat treating and black oxide lines in-house to provide faster turnaround times and bigger batch sizes.

Intent Design

For those projects that need special attention to detail or re-engineering all together look no further than Nu-Forge. With a state of the art CAD package that can bring your product ideas to life, we can take that data and directly process it to our CAM package to be sure that you get what you expect. Need to make changes in mid-stream? Not a problem, updates to our system are parametric, which means that one change at the beginning will automatically flow all the way down to the machine running the product.
